Knowing Mike…

home_welcome_mikeOne of Mike’s many uplifting messages can be found in the quote “Life is like a roller coaster: what fun is the ride without the dips!”  He knows all too well that life is full of those ups and downs and that many of the ‘downs’ can be pretty severe, but through his own life experiences, through his own hardships, he has learned that the reasons to get back up and to keep fighting are plentiful.

Mike is a recovering quadriplegic transformed into a motivational public speaker by the events of one fateful night and the long journey that followed. He spent nearly 6 years in law enforcement before a gunshot, suffered in the line of duty left him permanently disabled. Now, Mike carries on his commitment to helping others by sharing his personal life story of love and triumph.  Despite almost unimaginable adversity, Mike has emerged from his life-changing trauma to offer his secrets of survival to the members of his audiences.

In his motivational speeches, he keeps listeners intrigued with his unfolding story and leaves them with an awe-inspiring message to take home.  Mike combines his own brand of boldness, humility and self-awareness to deliver an entertaining and motivational speech, tailored to the specific wants and needs of each audience.
